Mr. Yadav, the Managing Director of Gulmohar Fil-Tech Pvt. Ltd, is a highly respected leader in India’s air pollution control and industrial filtration industry. With over 27 years of hands-on experience, he brings deep expertise in equipment design, engineering processes, and field services. Known for his practical approach, Mr. Yadav continues to lead by example—often stepping into the field himself to ensure quality and performance in even the most challenging, dust-laden environments.
A VJTI alumnus, he has previously worked with renowned organizations such as ACC, Thermax, Batliboi, and Crompton, gaining invaluable insights across multiple industrial domains. Driven by his clients’ trust and constant demand for his personal guidance, Mr. Yadav founded Gulmohar Fil-Tech Pvt. Ltd to deliver customized, reliable, and result-oriented solutions for air pollution control and dust & material handling systems.
Recognized as a self-made engineer and an innovative problem solver, Mr. Yadav remains deeply involved in troubleshooting, design innovation, and providing sustainable engineering solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
A pass-out from India’s premier institute, VJTI, he was associated with the most prestigious of organisations of the country like ACC, Thermax, Batliboi, and Crompton. However when his Clientele began insisting on his personal attention for their equipment and site challenges, Mr.Yadav realised it was time to channelize his concentration and effort towards his Customers and their requirements to be able to offer genuine solutions and serve them better. Thus Gulmohar Fil-tech Pvt. Ltd was born. Mr.Yadav engages most of the time in attending, addressing troubleshooting site issues, and resolving the most challenging problems.
Tapati Yadav
Director Of Operations
Tapati Yadav serves as the Director of Operations and leads and manages the entire operations of the Gulmohar Fil-tech Pvt. Ltd. With a doctoral degree in Psychology, she has a complete insight into various aspects of human nature. She is hence an expert with general administration, vendor management, Customer management and had flawlessly integrated the various functions of the Organisation into systems and internal processes that are both robust and reliable.
She keeps the team motivated and trained to meet customer demands and ensures all the Objectives and performance targets of the company and individuals are met. She hence drives the profitability of the Organisation.
